As you whizz through another working week trying to brave the icy cold weather conditions and stay motivated to keep the momentum going, BuildMind has been on top of the latest industry news and has welcomed many more members.

We have decided to bring you this newsletter on a fortnightly basis (as opposed to the weekly version), as we do not want to flood your inbox with email – we do have lots more to tell you in the weeks to come, so watch this space.

PPC expects positive sales growth in H2 South Africa’s cement industry was beginning to show some signs of a possible recovery, with recent industry sales figures showing that the rate of contraction was slowing, JSE-listed Pretoria Portland Cement (PPC) said on Thursday, adding that it was still forecasting a growth in sales for the second half of 2011.
